Personal data
This is a showcase website. It has no user accounts, and what you type in its fields is not stored on it. The request you send from the Contact page (your name, your phone number or email, and your message) is sent to me by email by the website’s server, from my Gmail account. It is used only to reply to you and is not kept on this website. In the chat window, nothing is sent to a server: your message opens in WhatsApp, and you are the one who sends it.
Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool that stores nothing on your device and cannot identify you: it counts page views, clicks on the contact buttons, requests sent, device type, country and where the visit came from, in aggregate. No IP address is kept by this tool. This measurement is based on the publisher’s legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (art. 6.1 f GDPR) and falls under the consent exemption provided by the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for audience measurement.
You can also contact me by WhatsApp, email or phone through the links on the website. These exchanges take place outside the website, on third-party services that apply their own terms and privacy policy (WhatsApp and Instagram are published by Meta Platforms). The information you send me, through the Contact page or these services (name, phone number, email address, content of the message), is used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to draw up a quote and follow our business relationship (art. 6.1 b and f GDPR). It is neither transferred nor sold, and is kept for as long as these exchanges require, then for the period of legal obligations.
Only technical logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) are recorded by the host on my behalf, for the operation and security of the service (art. 6.1 f GDPR). Vercel Inc. is established in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to lilian.vagnet@proton.me. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies or trackers, whether for advertising, statistics or social media. Audience measurement works without cookies and without any identifier stored on your device. Fonts are served from the website’s own domain, with no call to a third-party server. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Intellectual property
The whole website (texts, photographs, videos, visual identity, logo, layout, code) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Lilian Vagnet is prohibited (art. The work shown is presented with the agreement of the clients concerned and, for photographs of people, with their consent; the clients’ brands, logos and content remain their property. Any request for removal can be sent to lilian.vagnet@proton.me.
